The challenge
Serving customers across South India means serving them in their own language, while handling personal details that must stay private and calculations too heavy for the web layer.
Our approach
We built language-aware routing for English, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu with persistent locale support, secure profile management, guided onboarding and visualisation, splitting the web application and the calculation engine into separate services.
The outcome
Customers move through the product in their own language, with progress saved server-side and the calculation engine able to scale on its own.
