The challenge
Ticket booking has to work on a phone, take payment reliably and let a passenger manage the booking afterwards — all without confusing the user mid-flow.
Our approach
We built responsive booking flows backed by a Node.js API and MongoDB, integrated Stripe for payments, and validated and tested the flows across two delivery sprints.
The outcome
A working end-to-end journey from search to paid booking to managing the ticket, on desktop and mobile.
